(02) Develop

A garment is not made when it's sewn. It's made when the decisions before it are right.

* A sample is a reference, not a final product. Small differences in color, finish, or material may show up. That’s how we catch issues before bulk.

Custom Sourcing

We source apparel, accessories, objects, and packaging with materials, suppliers, and costs reviewed before you commit.

(03) Choose a mode

Two ways in — depending on how ready your idea is

* Our calendar fills early. Projects with clear bulk intent are prioritized.

Mode A: Develop, then commit

For projects still in exploration. We develop the product. Sample it. Review it with you. Then you decide on bulk.

Sample cost + trims and packaging costs (if any) + Development fee (The development fee is credited back when you confirm bulk within 30 days)

Mode B: Sample with bulk

For projects with clear bulk intent. Sampling and production move together. No development fee.

Production moves through many hands. One system holds it together.

One shared project space for product details, comments, timelines and files. No scattered emails. No lost decisions

Nothing leaves until it's right. Then it moves.

Two-Step Quality Control

Photo and video verification on every order. If something is wrong, it doesn't leave.

Shipping

Flexible shipping solutions via express, air, rail, or sea, tailored to your needs. Optional fulfillment for brands that want to ship directly to customers without managing their own operations team.

Fulfillment

Storage. Pick and pack. Shopify and WooCommerce integration. Solutions focused on client experience, custom branded packaging, and unboxing experiences.

* Insurance, customs, EU Packaging and Digital ID compliance , handled in the documentation we prepare.
